On 27th April 2018, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge announced that they would name their child Louis Arthur Charles. He will be formally known as His Royal Highness Prince Louis of Cambridge.
Prince Louis was born at 11.01am on 23rd April 2018 at St Mary's Hospital in Paddington, London, weighing 8lbs 7oz. As the third child of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge he is fifth in line to the throne. https://twitter.com/KensingtonRoyal/status/988387844111716353
